The future starts now - and it looks bright. With the gamescom GOES GREEN Collection, we’re sending a clear message: sustainability and style go hand in hand. Every product in this collection has been carefully crafted from certified, eco-friendly materials - for a community that’s not only helping to shape the world of tomorrow but is also taking responsibility today.
This year, we’re taking it a step further. We’ve consistently refined the collection and tapped into even more potential when it comes to sustainability. In addition to carefully selected materials, we’re now placing greater emphasis on particularly eco-friendly printing processes. We use water-based inks, which are more resource-efficient and further reduce the environmental footprint of our products.

T-Shirt
The centerpiece of the GOES GREEN Collection is this oversized T-shirt. It combines avant-garde design with a commitment to sustainability - made from a certified blend of organic and recycled materials.
The ink is water-based and therefore particularly sustainable.

Beanie
The perfect companion for gamescom and beyond. The beanie stands out with its clean floral design and sustainable blend of materials. The embroidery threads are GOTS-certified.

Lanyard & Bracelet
The lanyard and bracelet from the GOES GREEN collection are made from recycled and plant-based materials. They incorporate the design elements of the T-shirt and beanie and take them a step further. These accessories invite you to wear them with style and a sustainable statement.

CONCEPT
GREEN FUTURE
The GREEN FUTURE design tells a story about community, nature, and the courage to lead the way. Every design element carries its own meaning.
The Future is Now: The slogan embodies the avant-garde spirit of gamescom: a brand that not only reflects the gaming industry but also actively shapes it. At the same time, the slogan is a call to action - sustainability isn’t an issue for tomorrow, but for today.
The Globe: It brings all the elements of the design together and symbolizes the international nature of gamescom. It represents the global gaming community that gathers in Cologne every year and celebrates itself.
WE ARE: Two words that say it all: community, solidarity, diversity. WE ARE is the promise that unites us as a community - regardless of background, platform, or gender.
The Sakura Blossom: The cherry blossom as a delicate symbol of life and change brings nature into design. At the same time, it pays homage to Japan and its rich gaming culture: Cherry blossoms are iconic motifs in the gaming world and represent beauty, transience, and renewal.
The Sustainability text: A short text block from the gamescom website on the back of the T-shirt rounds out the message: We stand together and are making a conscious statement.
CONCEPT
Sample Box
The components of our sample box also have a meaning and complement the GOES GREEN concept.
The sample box: The box is made of 100% bamboo wood.
The inlay: The lining consists of linoleum, which is made from 98% natural and rapidly renewable raw materials. It is also recyclable and has a high recycled content.
Our hangtags: The tags attached to the products, which resemble playing cards, are made entirely of paper sourced from forests that are certified as responsibly and sustainably managed. They highlight the quality and sustainability of each product.

Sustainable Logistics
Taking Action – For Conscious Consumption
We use shipping bags made from 100% recycled paper to package our products. These bags are also 100% recyclable. We ship them carbon-neutrally via DHL GoGreen. We also use eco-friendly packing tape. In the office, we make a point of minimizing our use of plastic.
Re-Box
Reuse - Reduce - Recycle
With our Re-Box concept, we give used shipping boxes a second life. Instead of producing new packaging, we reuse boxes that have already been used for shipping - in line with the “Reuse, Reduce, Recycle” principle. In this way, we reduce packaging waste, conserve valuable resources, and work together to make the shipping process more sustainable.

The FWF is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to improving working conditions in the textile industry. Member companies undergo regular audits and must demonstrate verifiable progress throughout their entire supply chain
OEKO-TEX®
The world-renowned testing and certification system for textiles. Every certified product has been tested for harmful substances - from the raw fiber to the finished product. Consumers can rest assured that not a single component contains substances that are hazardous to health.
PETA
The {PETA-Approved Vegan} logo identifies products that are completely free of animal-derived materials and have not been tested on animals. PETA is the world’s largest animal rights organization - the seal stands for consistently animal-friendly fashion.
Sustainable Manufacturer
We work with a textile finishing manufacturer that is GOTS-certified, uses OEKO-TEX®-certified printing inks, employs sustainably sourced packaging and renewable energy sources, and offsets its carbon footprint through reforestation.
In addition, the manufacturer maintains its own beehive to further contribute to environmental protection.
