Shipping partner

Domestic and international orders are shipped by DHL.  Shipping time In Germany, delivery takes place within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany) after receipt of payment. If you order several items in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment. Shipping to EU countries takes 2-5 business days. All other countries on request. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the promotion or the time of year. Please refer to the relevant items for more information. 

Shipping costs 

National: We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.95 per order.

International: 

International deliveries are possible and are charged according to the list below:

• Zone 1: Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg 
• Zone 2: Denmark, France, Poland, Czech Republic Finland, Monaco, Sweden 
• Zone 3: Croatia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Portugal (except: Azores, Madeira), Spain (except: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) 
• Zone 4: Switzerland, Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, United Kingdom 
• Zone 5: USA, Canada

Payment 

PayPal:

With PayPal, you pay via your PayPal account during the ordering process. To pay this way, you need a PayPal account, which you can also open during the ordering process. When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the paypal.com website to complete the payment. Your PayPal account will be charged when the order is completed. 

Apple Pay / Google Pay:

Pay securely and quickly with the data in your digital wallet. You can simply use the payment method in your wallet and do not need to re-enter your shipping information. Your credit card will be charged when the order is completed.
