FAQ


1.) Problems with your ticket

At gamescom wear, we only provide ticket codes in combination with merchandise. 

  • If you want to change the dates on your ticket, you will need to clarify this with koelnmesse. We only have codes available during the promotional period.
  • If you have problems redeeming your ticket code, please also contact koelnmesse. 
  • Did you not receive a ticket code? Then please contact us.

2.) FESTIVAL SHIRT

The festival shirt is a community shirt that features all the gamernames of those who order it.

  • No single gamername will be featured repeatedly; instead, the back will feature ALL orders. YOU are PART of the festival line-up!
  • Furthermore, emojis and special characters cannot be included in gamernames; you agree to this when submitting your gamername. 
  • The T-shirts cannot be exchanged, as they are personalized.
  • Racist, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive names will not be considered.


3.) XMAS Box

  • The Christmas Box is not a classic box in the traditional sense. You will not receive gift wrapping with your order. 
  • One ticket envelope will be issued per order, regardless of the number of tickets ordered. 
  • The tickets can be redeemed after the ticket shop opens in the spring of the following year.


4.) gamername promotion

There will no longer be a gamername booth at the trade fair, but instead an exclusive online promotion. Once a year, you can take advantage of this opportunity to have your gamername printed on the current gamescom collection. Please note that this is your only option.

  • White T-shirts, T-shirts with back prints, hoodies, and other special products (e.g., jerseys) are excluded. 
  • Emojis and special characters cannot be printed. 
  • Racist, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive names will not be considered.
