Shipping partners
National (in Germany): Delivery of orders within Germany is handled by DHL.
International: In all other countries we ship via UPS or DHL.

Shippig time
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Cologne and are delivered in Germany usually within 1 - 5 business days after receipt of payment.

In the table below you will find the delivery times for international shipping, which you must add to the delivery time specified for each item.

Products with individual gamer names usually take 1 - 2 working days in addition to the usual delivery times.

(Weekdays: Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Germany)

If you order several items with different delivery times from us within the scope of an order, we will ship the goods in one common shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the consignment will apply to the item with the longest delivery time for your order.

Information about the calculation of the delivery date
When you have chosen payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment is sent to our bank account.  Once you used other payment methods, the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

Shipping
National (in Germany): We charge a shipping fee of EUR 5.95 per order. For orders that contain an article marked as free of shipping costs, the entire order is free of shipping costs (only within Germany).

International: Deliveries to foreign countries are possible and are charged according to the list below (up to a maximum of 5 kg).

Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria

Zone 2: Denmark, France, Poland, Czech Republic. Rep., Denmark, Finland, France, Monaco, Sweden

Zone 3: Croatia, Slow Rep., Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Zone 4: Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Zone 5: USA, Canada

Delay
If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

Subsequent deliveries
If any of the goods ordered by you are not available, these goods will be re-delivered free of charge.
