The exact date when the gamescom ticket shop will open is not yet known, but it is expected to be in spring 2026. Ticket voucher codes can only be redeemed in the gamescom ticket shop. You can find out when the ticket shop opens on the website www.gamescom.de.

The purchase of the ticket bundle can only be canceled if all associated items (including the voucher codes) are returned. Upon cancellation of the order, the voucher codes will be blocked.

*All orders received by 23:59 on 17.12.2025 will be shipped before Christmas. DHL specifies a delivery time of 2-3 working days in December. We have no influence in the event of a delay in delivery by the shipping service provider.
